DPO Association An Initiative of HKCS Foundation

The Data Protection Officer Association (DPOA) is a not-for-profit global body

dedicated to advancing privacy, protection, and trust in the digital age. Its purpose is

to promote ethical data practices, strengthen global privacy frameworks, and build

resilience against misuse of information.

DPOA brings together Data Protection Officers (DPOs), cybersecurity leaders,

regulators, and institutions to collaborate on knowledge-sharing, policy advocacy, and

collective action. By uniting stakeholders across industries and geographies, the

Association seeks to establish itself as the central platform for building digital trust

and privacy-f irst governance worldwide.
